A dry massage treatment that may help with headaches, shoulder and upper back tension, soft tissue and joint injuries, digestion complaints, anxiety and some forms of insomnia. The treatment can include work on limbs, fingers, toes and ears, knuckle cracking, back walking, twists and back arching. The massage uses direct hand pressure and may be enhanced with balms and creams. Shorter sessions than the usual 90 minutes are possible.
