Routine appointments can be requested by electronic consultation, telephone, in person at the surgery or through an NHS account. Consultations may be by phone, face to face, video call, text or email. Doctor appointments are booked at 10 minute intervals, and double appointments can be requested for more than one problem. Appointments can be made up to 4 weeks in advance.
