Includes checking tiles or sheets, flashings, valleys, ridge caps and gutters, following the water path where access allows, and using controlled water testing or thermal imaging where helpful. A written repair quote is provided, and many smaller repairs can be completed during the same visit. The $99 fee is deducted from the repair quote if you proceed with RoofingCorp. If the source is not found, you do not pay the detection fee.
