Robotic removal of the urinary bladder and adjacent organs when required, followed by lymph node removal and formation of a urinary diversion. Diversion may be an ileal conduit or a neobladder. Care may also involve neoadjuvant chemotherapy, nutritional assessment and enhanced peri-operative care through a multidisciplinary team.
