The resulting report identifies defects, highlights potential hidden costs and can assist with negotiating the purchase price. A free drone survey is included with every Homebuyer Report. The survey typically takes approximately 2 hours, or up to 3 hours for larger family homes, and the report is issued within 5 working days of the survey.
