A limited inspection and report using the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors standard format, designed for modern houses or flats where the risk of a major defect is reduced. The whole property is inspected, where necessary from a 3m high ladder, subject to stated access limitations. The service can be provided with or without a market valuation. A report can usually be emailed within 5 working days following the inspection.
