The report covers the inside and outside of the building, services, site, garages and permanent outbuildings, and includes condition ratings, the surveyor's opinion of market value and reinstatement cost, specific risks, points for legal advisers, and other relevant considerations. Clients should discuss any particular requirements with the surveyor before the service is provided, and extra services may require a separate contract.
