Covers the property's key external and internal elements, visible electrical, gas, water and drainage installations, grounds and outbuildings, legal issues to raise, a photographic record, client queries and prioritised repair recommendations. Findings use a green, amber and red traffic-light condition rating system. A Level 3 survey may be more appropriate for older, larger or poorly maintained properties.
