The surveyor provides professional advice about the construction and general condition of the property on the inspection date, urgent or serious defects, matters requiring further investigation, and serious defects or issues that may be hazardous to safety. The inspection is visual and covers accessible parts of the inside and outside of the main building and permanent outbuildings. Specialist testing of services is not included.
