Conveyancing for the sale of freehold or leasehold property, including taking instructions, identity and source of funds checks, preparing the contract and transfer, dealing with enquiries, exchanging contracts, completing the sale, redeeming charges and remitting the balance to the seller. For properties up to £500,000, the fixed fee is £2,500 plus VAT and stated disbursements. For properties above £500,000, the fee is 1% of the sale price plus VAT and disbursements.
