Training in Reiki, an ancient Japanese healing method involving gentle laying on of hands. Includes an introduction to Reiki history and principles, energetic foundations and chakra theory, attunement to Reiki energy with Levels 1 to 3 possible, practical exercises, giving and receiving treatments, discussion, questions and personal development.
