A face-to-face appointment for customers representing themselves to submit a completed application for lodgement. The application must be fully prepared and ready for submission before the appointment. Staff cannot assist with application preparation during the appointment. Appointments are not available to industry professionals submitting applications on behalf of a client. Lodgement fees may apply and are payable at the appointment by Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card.
