Book an appointment at an Imaging Associates clinic using the online booking form or by calling your closest clinic. A referral from a practitioner, GP, specialist or other healthcare professional is required. Imaging Associates accepts referrals written or printed on another radiology company's request form. Bring your referral and any relevant previous images, along with applicable Medicare, healthcare, pension or Department of Veteran Affairs cards.
