The first session includes paperwork covering consent, confidentiality and fees, discussion of any Mental Health Treatment Plan, and exploration of the issues that have brought you to Ascentem. Sessions are collaborative and flexible, and you are not required to discuss information you are not ready to disclose. Fees are quoted on a case-by-case basis.
