Appointments are provided online via Telehealth. Existing clients can book online. Appointments are available on Tuesdays between 11am and 6:30pm. New clients must complete an intake form before discussing availability and suitability. A valid Mental Health Care Plan may qualify clients for a Medicare rebate of $141.85 per session for up to 10 sessions each calendar year. At least 24 hours notice is required for changes or cancellations. Changes with less than 24 hours notice incur a $50 fee, and non-attendance incurs a $100 fee.
