Psychological support for pre-school children aged 2 to 4 and children aged 5 to 12, addressing emotional and psychological circumstances, medical illnesses, developmental challenges, emotional difficulties, behavioural issues, parenting, selective mutism, shyness and social skills deficits, anger management, depression, school issues, self-harm, bullying, self-esteem and self-development, stress management, OCD, autism spectrum disorder, assertiveness training, adoption, ADHD, intellectual or cognitive concerns, academic performance, anxiety and phobias, behaviour problems, grief and loss, life transition and adjustment issues, panic disorder, orphanage or children's home issues, and PTSD. Therapeutic approaches include CBT, Schema Therapy and play therapy. Sessions are available face to face, by phone call or via telehealth. Work may also involve parents or caregivers, school staff and allied health professionals when appropriate.
