Details.
Developmentally informed therapy for adolescents and younger children navigating anxiety, mood changes, self-esteem, identity development, school pressures, peer relationships, or family dynamics. Work with adolescents often unfolds through conversation. Work with younger children primarily uses play, drawing, storytelling, games, and creative activities. Parent meetings are included whenever appropriate to support the child's development and lasting change. Sessions are 45 minutes and can be conducted in person in lower Manhattan or through secure telehealth.
