A non-surgical treatment using the patient's own platelet-rich plasma, injected into the vaginal wall to help restore urinary function and create natural support. A blood sample is processed in a centrifuge before the platelet plasma is administered with a very fine needle. Local anaesthetic is used. The treated area may feel sensitive for about a day, after which usual activities can be resumed.
