Includes a consultation to discuss requirements, location, purpose, budget, Stamp Duty Land Tax and other relevant details; searching the open market, upcoming auctions and off-market opportunities; identifying property owners where appropriate; estimated rental income and valuation guidance; liaising with sellers, agents, lenders and professionals; negotiating purchase terms and timescales; property visits; arranging solicitors, architects and surveyors; preliminary development cost and gross development value advice; and support through to completion. The fee is payable on exchange of contracts and is based on the final purchase price.
