IPM-led treatment for homes, landlords, rental properties, HMOs and furnished lets. Includes inspection and pest identification, targeted control of larvae in carpet perimeters, under furniture, wardrobes and other harbourage areas, plus advice on vacuuming, textile handling, reducing lint and pet hair, re-entry and aftercare. Heat may be used selectively where appropriate, including for widespread infestations, larvae in furnishings or textiles, reduced chemical exposure or rapid control. Most treatments are completed in a single visit, with severe cases potentially requiring follow-up.
