A members-only private restaurant experience featuring a modern interpretation of Japanese Kaiseki cuisine. The 10 to 12 course Omakase tasting menu includes individually handmade Edomae sushi using fish flown in daily from Japan and hyper-seasonal ingredients at their peak. Signature wine pairings are offered with each course. One service is offered per day for a member and up to 15 personally selected guests, with individually customized menus and ambiance. Available by appointment, with the member choosing the date and time.
