Includes an on-site oyster cart delivered and operated by an experienced team, a selection of fresh oysters with varieties and quantities agreed in advance, professional shuckers and bar servers, and additional bespoke items discussed and agreed in person. The service can be customised with a drinks reception, cooked oyster and seafood options, torched oysters, and wine and oyster pairing. Final guest count and service details must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event.
