Includes an initial consultation, a full-market search including unlisted properties, property previewing and shortlisting, organised half-day or full-day viewing tours, background research, rental value advice, negotiation with landlords or letting agents, legal support with tenancy agreements, assistance with tradespeople and contractors where required, and support through exchange of keys. Remote viewings can be arranged for clients overseas or unable to visit London. The service covers London, the Home Counties and the South East.
