Independent Freedom to Speak Up Guardian support for individual practices with up to 50 staff. Includes direct access to experienced, impartial Guardians who listen without judgement, provide confidential support, help colleagues explore options and escalate concerns on their behalf if requested. Guardians are available 24/7, 365 days a year by phone or email. The service also includes a ready-to-use Freedom to Speak Up policy written specifically for primary care, covering what staff can speak up about, internal and external routes, confidentiality, anonymity and what staff can expect.
