Classes may cover pregnancy, labor and birth, relaxation and breathing techniques, pain relief options, infant feeding, preparing for a new family member, common hospital procedures, and a hospital tour. Childbirth education is especially helpful for first-time parents. Refresher and sibling classes may also be available. Register early in pregnancy.
