A timber pest inspection conducted in accordance with Australian Standard AS 4349.3-2010. The inspection assesses accessible interior and exterior areas, roof space, subfloor space and the site within 30 metres of the premises and within the boundary. It checks for timber pests, damage severity, building susceptibility, treatment evidence, conditions conducive to infestation, remedial and protective measures, and further investigations required. Detection technology including Termatrac T3i is used.
