Bookable pottery courses and workshops. Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start date receive a full refund or a credit voucher, cancellations made 7 days before receive a partial refund minus a 10% administration fee, and cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Missed sessions may be transferred to another course if notice is given two weeks in advance, subject to availability and course restrictions. Course transfers can be requested up to 14 days before the scheduled start date, with one transfer permitted per booking.
