Includes a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation and individualized treatment. Evaluation may include biomechanical evaluation, functional assessment, flexibility, strength, stability, gait, balance, and sport specific function. Treatment may include exercise instruction, stretching and flexibility training, strengthening and stability training, soft tissue mobilization and massage, joint mobilization, dry needling, neuromuscular retraining, spine stabilization, balance, gait training, sports training, agility and plyometrics, postural training, taping, and education. Treatment begins during the first evaluation session. Services address orthopaedic injuries or pain affecting the hip, knee, foot and ankle, back and pelvis, neck, shoulder, or TMJ, as well as prenatal and postpartum pain and injury related to pregnancy and childbirth.
