Assessment and treatment for pelvic pain and dysfunction, including urinary and bowel incontinence, urgency, frequency, constipation, incomplete voiding, pain during or after intercourse, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic, coccyx, lower back and SI joint pain, penile or testicular pain, and pudendal neuralgia. Also available before and after pelvic or abdominal surgery, and during pregnancy and postpartum. Treatments may include soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, abdominal massage, core and pelvic floor coordination exercises, postural reeducation, biofeedback, and electrical stimulation. Performed by physical therapists specially trained in internal and external pelvic floor management.
