Details.
A multifaceted and gentle physical therapy approach for pelvic and orthopedic conditions. The initial visit includes a thorough evaluation of postural alignment and core stability, with examination of the abdomen, pelvis, hips, spine and muscles. When appropriate, an internal pelvic floor evaluation may assess muscle tightness, fascial restrictions, pelvic organ prolapse, loss of muscle tone and weakness. Treatment may include visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, trigger point release, soft tissue mobilization, biofeedback, joint mobilization, stretching, core stabilization and pelvic floor strengthening exercises.
