Send your online shopping to the closest Post Office for collection using a free MyPost account. Choose a participating Post Office, enter the personalised Parcel Collect address at checkout, and collect your parcel when it suits, within 10 business days. Email and SMS notifications are provided when the parcel is ready, and ID plus the collection notification are required for over-the-counter collection.
