Continued care after hospital discharge, or specialist care for newborns who develop concerns or complications after going home. This includes follow up for babies who were premature, had a low birth weight, a known anomaly or were in the Special Care Nursery, as well as babies requiring paediatric follow up, care for reflux, colic, feeding issues, growth or developmental concerns, referrals to other specialists, or an ultrasound of the hips or kidneys. Referrals from GPs within the first three months of life are accepted.
