Partial funding may be available to City of Westminster schools and organisations for educational capital expenditure, enrichment through music or other arts, and alleviation of issues experienced by those with special educational needs. Running costs are not eligible. Organisations must submit a bid detailing how funds would be spent, the expected effect on children and other funding sources.
