Online consultations are generally delivered using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or FaceTime, although other online video applications can be used. Clients need relevant computer software, a reliable high-speed internet connection and a private place where they can talk without interruption. Payment is required in advance. Concessions are available. The full fee is payable if an appointment is cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours' notice or missed. A 20-minute video or telephone consultation is available free of charge before booking.
