Online booking is available for registered patients only. Appointment options include in-person, phone, and video appointments. Phone appointments are provided within a 1 to 2 hour call window, and video links are sent by email 48 hours before the appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes early for in-person appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may incur a fee.
