The intake collects dispute details, parties and quantum, background and objectives, documents, identification and a signature. A phone with a working camera is required for an identification selfie as part of 100-point ID verification. All responses, ID documents and signatures are encrypted in transit and storage. Submission does not create a solicitor-client relationship.
