Activities may include removing previous provider software, inventorying protected devices, installing managed security and remote support agents, applying patch management, reviewing network and firewall configuration, stabilizing access to file servers, documenting server configuration, reviewing business continuity and backup options, updating password policies, and making recommendations for the managed environment.
