Subcutaneous omalizumab injections for patients aged 12 years or older with moderate-to-severe chronic spontaneous urticaria or severe asthma who have not responded to standard treatments. Injections are given every 2 to 6 weeks, with 1 to 3 injections each time. Nurses can assist with learning self-administration at home. Patients are typically observed after the first injection and reviewed by their treating doctor every 3 to 6 months.
