A therapeutic social dreaming practice at the intersection of art, poetry, sociology, and psychotherapy. Participants may share night-time dreams, share associations, listen, or sit in silence. No preparation or remembered dreams are required, and no diagnosis is needed. Open to neurodiverse brains, including ADHD, autism spectrum, sensory processing difficulties, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, and highly sensitive persons, as well as allies.
