Sessions may focus on managing brain fog, attention and executive functioning, creating supportive routines, navigating work demands and career changes, reducing overwhelm, rebuilding identity, balancing parenting and caring roles, developing practical systems, and returning to meaningful activities and relationships. No diagnosis or referral is required for private access. Support may also be available through a Mental Health Care Plan or other funding options, depending on eligibility and circumstances.
