SafeWork NSW accredited general construction induction training for the CPCWHS1001 unit, Prepare to work safely in the construction industry. The course is delivered face-to-face in Sydney CBD, includes 7 hours of training completed in 1 day, and covers essential health and safety knowledge for construction work. Origin Institute provides PPE for the assessment, including a hard hat, earmuffs, safety goggles and a high-visibility vest. Students must bring a printed EOI form, original identity documents meeting the 100-point requirement, and a pen. Students must complete the enrolment form, EOI preparation and Learning Competency Assessment before class. A Statement of Training is issued on the same day of completion, allowing students to start work while awaiting the formal White Card.
