A course for up to two attendees comprising 6 in-person sessions, 4 live-online sessions and access to a video portal with resources. The midwife-led course includes input from an obstetric doctor, hypnobirthing teacher, baby doctor, IBCLC feeding specialist, physiotherapist and baby first aid instructor. Includes in-person hypnobirthing and first aid. Sessions cover preparing for birth, hypnobirthing, practical baby care, breastfeeding and bottle feeding, baby first aid, postnatal self care, physiotherapy, a celebration social and a reunion with babies.
