Use the AccuRx online form to tell the practice about a medical problem. Forms submitted before 2pm Monday to Friday are usually answered the same day. Forms submitted after 2pm are answered within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. AccuRx should not be used for medical emergencies, including a worsening infection.
