Liquid rhinoplasty using hyaluronic acid filler to refine the nasal profile without surgery. Can smooth a dorsal hump, lift a drooping tip, straighten an asymmetric profile, improve the columella and nasolabial angle, and correct minor irregularities from prior surgery. It cannot make the nose smaller, narrow a wide bridge or nostrils, or fix breathing problems. Treatment is performed by experienced injectors using small amounts of firm filler. Results are immediate and typically last 12 to 18 months. Includes topical numbing. Swelling generally settles within a few days, and bruising is possible. Avoid glasses resting on the bridge and sleeping face-down for the first week.
