An eight-week leadership training program for clinical leaders to implement the NICHE practice model in their organizations. Participants attend weekly online classes via Zoom, complete readings, case discussions and assessments, work with NICHE faculty and mentors, and develop a clinical change project focused on improving nursing care for older adults. The program includes a year-long mentored clinical change project, presentation, summary report and Practice Portfolio submission.
