Covers safe sleeping practice, breastfeeding and prevention of mastitis, formula feeding, relief techniques for wind, colic and reflux, gentle feeding and sleep patterns, parental self-care, dressing your newborn, handling and soothing techniques, bathing, skin and umbilical cord care, equipment and product advice, and newborn checks and immunisations.
