Lyftogt Perineural Injection Therapy for chronic nerve and myofascial pain. The treatment uses small subcutaneous injections of natural 5% glucose alongside painful or sensitised nerves and is delivered as part of a multimodal programme combining neural prolotherapy, myotherapy or soft tissue therapy, and structured exercise. A typical session involves very fine needles, takes 15 to 30 minutes, and most patients can drive home afterwards. Most patients complete 3 to 6 sessions, weekly or fortnightly. The procedure fee is $115 to $220 depending on session length, is billed separately, and is not currently rebated by Medicare or most health funds.
