A one-week training and institutional networking trip to Europe, including meetings with governmental agencies, educational institutions and private sector actors organized and accompanied by TBIC. Participants learn about internationally leading dual vocational education and training standards, forge ties with European dual VET institutions, and understand the integrated workforce system approach.
