Classes introduce children to their first tuned instrument, chime bars. Sessions include songs, rhymes, dances, instrumental activities and musical games, supporting speech, communication, auditory processing, literacy, numeracy, motor skills, attention, self-regulation, reading, decision-making and memory. Children learn simple notation, compose pieces and perform for peers. Children may attend on their own, with parents invited for the last 10 minutes, although at least one parent from the class must remain for the whole class on a rotation basis. Initial enrolment includes a set of chime bars, Mini Maestros Bag, a different music book each term, and a 4-5 year Online Course with weekly lessons. Maximum 10 regular students.
