A fully funded seven-month professional development career-accelerator practicum for talented California creative writers of color who aspire to become professional authors. The program includes professional development workshops, writing workshops, co-working sessions, guest-speaker sessions, two Weekend Intensives, and submissions to publications, conferences, residencies, and contests. Fellows must meet attendance and assignment requirements, and must be able to attend kickoff weekends and occasional onsite meetings in San Francisco. Graduates who qualify receive a Literary Launch Package, including a Learn-to-Earn stipend.
